KO Law has expanded its corporate, transactional, and data privacy practices with the recent hiring of four experienced attorneys, Chase Millea, Matt Carrier, Nadia Bryan, and Wes Lang.
“We are excited to welcome Chase, Matt, Nadia, and Wes to the KO Law team. They are highly talented attorneys, and our clients and firm will benefit from their big law training and experience,” said KO Law Managing Partner Jon Taylor. “While our firm has maintained a strong focus on our founding principles and culture over the last 20 years, we’re proud to be growing significantly and driving great results for our clients.”
Chase Millea is a commercial attorney whose practice focuses on data privacy and security. Prior to joining KO Law, Matt spent almost a decade in-house with some of the world’s largest contract research organizations as well as several years in the litigation division of a regional law firm.
Nadia Bryan is a corporate attorney* whose practice focuses on an array of corporate matters – from general governance to mergers and acquisitions across various industries to financings, whether middle market or bulge bracket. Prior to joining KO, Nadia worked in the Tech practice at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on both buy and sell-side M&A transactions.
Wes Lang is a commercial attorney who brings a holistic approach to commercial contracts and collaborates with clients as they develop, protect, and monetize their commercial assets, and achieve their business goals. Wes partners with clients on their day-to-day operations and negotiates commercial agreements that form the lifeblood of any business to create effective, value-driven relationships with their strategic partners. Prior to joining KO, Wes practiced corporate law at Holland & Hart and DLA Piper.
This announcement follows the hiring of attorneys Brooke H. Eckert and John Shearer in late 2023 and early 2024 and reflects the growing demand for KO Law’s experienced attorneys, business-focused, practical approach, and dedication to excellent, personalized client service.
