Nadia is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on an array of corporate matters – from general governance to mergers and acquisitions across various industries to financings, whether middle market or bulge bracket.

Prior to joining KO, Nadia worked in the Tech practice at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on both buy and sell-side M&A transactions. She also practiced in the New York office of a multinational law firm.

Nadia received a B.A. in English from Emory University and earned her J.D. from Georgetown Law University Center. She is admitted to practice in New York.*

Outside of the office, you can find Nadia attending any and every live music event in Denver, being overly competitive at trivia night, and exploring as many Colorado mountain towns as the weekend allows.
