Brooke H. Eckert

Brooke is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and debt and equity financings.

Prior to joining KO, Brooke practiced in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and debt financing transactions. Brooke has worked with public and private clients of all sizes and in several industries, including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Manufacturing, and Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods. She has been recognized in the latest Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America.

Brooke graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and received a BA in Biology and English, magna cum laude, from Boston College. Outside of work, Brooke loves to ski, hike, and practice yoga.
