KO Client Strata Acquired by Rubrik

KO client Strata Identity was recently acquired by Rubrik, a security and AI operations company operating at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.

Strata built a leading Identity Orchestration platform that helps organizations secure, modernize, and manage human and agent identities by unifying fragmented Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructures across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments without forcing enterprises to rewrite their application code and without disrupting existing infrastructure.
