Krystal Rushton

Krystal is a corporate paralegal at KO and joined the firm in 2016. Krystal has experience in mergers and acquisitions, company formations, and corporate maintenance. Prior to joining KO, Krystal worked as a business law paralegal for Foley & Lardner, LLP in Orlando, Florida specializing in resort development, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, and as a paralegal for Baker & Hostetler LLP in Orlando, Florida specializing in resort development and nursing home defense litigation. She attended University of Central Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Legal Studies and has worked as a paralegal since 2002. In addition to her work, Krystal enjoys weight-lifting, hiking, cycling and running and has run several marathons and half marathons across the U.S.
