Kevin Gibson

Kevin is a corporate partner whose practice is focused on the representation of emerging growth companies, as well as leading angel and venture capital funds in their investments in public and private companies. Kevin’s practice includes representing entrepreneurs as they form businesses, counseling young companies through rounds of equity and debt financing, executing M&A and other sale transactions and providing general corporate governance, executive compensation and securities law guidance.  Kevin also assists leading angel, venture capital and other investors in a variety of investment transactions. Prior to joining KO, Kevin practiced in the Silicon Valley office of Gunderson Dettmer. Before attending law school, Kevin was a CPA in the Denver, Colorado office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit and business consulting advisory services. Kevin graduated from the UCLA School of Law and received a BA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
