KO Client Havenly Acquires St. Frank

KO client Havenly, a female-led e-design platform and portfolio of home brands, recently acquired St. Frank, an online retailer focused on printed textiles and decor sourced from vintage deals and artisan businesses.

This marks Havenly’s fourth acquisition in two years, following the acquisitions of Interior Define, The Inside, and The Citizenry.

“We’re thrilled to partner with brands that have really captured their audience,” said Lee Mayer, founder and CEO of Havenly. “I’ve been a fan of St. Frank for years and am so excited to have come to terms that made it possible for the brand to join us as a portfolio company. We look forward to continuing to serve St. Frank’s customers as we grow their footprint and further invest in the future of fresh, innovative home brands. We had an opening for a more maximalist look, and the brand really complements our portfolio.”

KO partner Kevin Gibson, partner Charles Ciaccio, attorney Elizabeth Ho, and paralegal Krystal Rushton represented Havenly in the acquisition. Read more in Furniture Today.
