KO Expands Corporate Practice with New Attorney Michael Wysolmerski

Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO Law Firm) has expanded its corporate practice with the addition of attorney Michael Wysolmerski. Michael brings corporate expertise from an international law firm to KO’s team, which has grown more than 30 percent in the last two years.

Michael’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, structuring joint ventures and partnerships, and corporate governance matters. Michael has advised clients operating in a variety of industries, including software, consumer products, financial services, medical devices and fashion.

Prior to joining KO, Michael practiced in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP and the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Michael graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and received a BA in Environmental Studies, summa cum laude, from Yale University.
