KO Client Zilker Technology Acquired by Ernst & Young

Ernst & Young announced last month the acquisition of KO client Zilker Technology to help elevate the firm’s global e‑commerce, digital and cloud capabilities. 

Zilker is a digital consultancy and systems integrator focused on creating lasting and valuable customer experiences, with deep sector experience in consumer products, health care, financial services, energy and utilities. Based in Austin, TX, Zilker’s 360 employees in the US, Canada, Serbia and India will join EY’s Digital and Emerging Technologies group.

“Our mission has always been to be a catalyst for growth, aiming to drive material business impact for our clients,” Rob Thomas, Managing Partner and CEO of Zilker Technology said in a press release. “Joining the EY organization further enables us to live out this goal and create long-term value for leading organizations across the world.”

KO partner Jon Taylor and attorneys Melissa Mellen and Keenan Weatherford represented Zilker since its formation and through the acquisition process.
