KO Client The Regis Company Closes Seed Funding Round

KO client The Regis Company, a pioneering developer of innovative learning solutions, recently announced a successful seed funding round. The round was announced in conjunction with the release of SimGate, the AI-powered simulation platform for enterprise learning.

The funding validates the expected growth associated with practice-based learning through simulations. The funding will be used to continue building out the company’s sales and market team. Access Venture Partners led the round with participation from Firebrand Ventures, FirstMile Ventures, and Management Concepts.

In the press release, CEO Mike Vaughan says, “Simulations have long been the preferred method for upskilling and reskilling the workforce; however, they’ve been too costly to build, deploy, and maintain. Not anymore. With SimGate, any size organization can use simulations to transform their people and their business faster.”

KO partner John Gaddis, attorney John Kyed, and paralegal Krystal Rushton represented Regis in the financing. Learn more in the announcement.
