John Kyed

John is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and debt and equity financings.  Prior to joining KO, John practiced in the Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and debt finance transactions. John received a B.A. in Classics from Stanford University and earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he graduated first in his class.  He spent six years between undergrad and law school working in campaign politics and software sales.  In addition to practicing law, John loves hunting, fishing, cheering for the Colorado Rockies and enjoying life with his daughter Ruthie and amazing wife Polly.
