KO Client Eudia Acquired Out-House

KO client Eudia, the leading AI platform for in-house legal teams, recently announced the acquisition of Out-House, an alternative legal service provider founded by Lynden Renwick, a former AmLaw 100 attorney and General Counsel.

The acquisition deepens Eudia’s AI-augmented legal expertise and follows the company’s recent $105 million Series A financing, its acquisition of Johnson Hana, and the launch of Eudia Counsel.
