Logan DeSouza

Logan is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, structuring joint ventures and partnerships, and corporate governance matters. Logan has advised public and private clients operating in a broad array of industries, including consumer products, financial services, government contracts, media, technology, telecommunications, SaaS and Web3. Logan also spent time as a legal secondee in the private equity transaction group at Apollo Global Management, Inc.

Prior to joining KO, Logan practiced in the Colorado office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Logan graduated cum laude from Duke University School of Law and received a BA in Political Science and International Affairs, magna cum laude, from Florida State University. Outside of work, Logan loves running, snowboarding, camping and otherwise enjoying the Colorado sunshine.
