Sam Connor is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and corporate governance.  Sam has experience advising companies at all stages of growth – from early-stage start-ups to multinational public companies – as well as representing venture capital and private equity investors.

Prior to joining KO Law, Sam practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York City. He also served as a law clerk in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sam earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster. Outside of work, Sam enjoys listening to Spanish-language podcasts and spending time outdoors with his family.
