Ryan Sykora

Ryan is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and corporate law, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, company formations, and on-going corporate governance matters. Ryan’s M&A experience involves the representation of public and private companies in various transactions with values exceeding $1 billion.  In addition, Ryan has extensive experience representing both emerging growth companies and investors in both angel and venture capital financings.  Prior to joining KO, Ryan practiced in the Boston offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP. Ryan received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2010, where he graduated cum laude and served as Managing Editor on the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. During law school, Ryan also studied comparative law at King’s College in London, and interned at the London offices of Citigroup.  He received his B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from Boston University in 2005, where he was a Trustee Scholar.  Ryan enjoys the Colorado weather and landscape with his family, amateur astronomy and scuba diving.
