Gaia Acquires Yoga International

KO client Gaia, Inc., a subscription video streaming service dedicated to conscious media and serving a global conscious community, has acquired Yoga International. The KO team, led by partner Jennifer Rosenthal and attorney Samantha Pjesky, represented Gaia in this acquisition.  

Yoga International is one of the world’s leading online platforms for yoga practice and education. With this acquisition, Gaia will be able to add 4,000 hours of unique yoga content into its video streaming library.
