Integrate Receives Strategic Growth Investment

Integrate.com, Inc., has received a strategic growth investment from Audax Private Equity. The KO team, led by partner Jennifer Rosenthal, represented the management of Integrate in this transaction.  

Integrate is the leader in Precision Demand Marketing, an emerging category that helps B2B marketers develop and deliver an omnichannel demand strategy, convert customer and prospect data records to revenue and drive marketing ROI. With this investment, Integrate will work to build out its marketing platform, expand globally and pursue new acquisitions.
