KO Client Pushpay Acquires Nurture.io

KO client Pushpay, a leading payments and engagement solution for mission-based organizations, recently acquired Nurture.io, a purpose-built pastoral care and engagement platform.

The acquisition will enable Pushpay to enhance its existing product portfolio – connecting insights to action within its giving platform, church management system (ChMS), and Resi livestreaming technology, according to the announcement.

KO Managing Partner Jennifer Rosenthal, Of Counsel Ryan Sykora, and attorney Jake Stephens represented Pushpay in the acquisition.
