KO Client Juno Acquired by Ramp

KO client Juno, a modern guest travel platform built to handle the complexity of non-employee travel, was recently acquired by Ramp, a leading financial operations platform.

Juno supports travel for scenarios like recruiting, contractor assignments, event guests, VIP clients, and more. The acquisition will deepen Ramp’s travel capabilities for businesses. The Juno brand and organization will be maintained and the team has joined Ramp.

“We’ve spent the better part of a decade working on the guest travel problem,” said Devon Tivona, co-CEO and founder of Juno, in the press release. “These aren’t anonymous business travelers. They’re candidates, customers, partners. The trip is part of the impression. Ramp has the platform, the customers, and the ambition. That’s why we’re here.”
