KO Client Foundry Group Leads $10.7 Million Series A for Mixhalo

KO client Foundry Group led a $10.7 million Series A round for Mixhalo, a real-time, live-event audio platform. The San Francisco-based startup was co-founded by Michael Einziger, the co-founder, guitarist and songwriter of Incubus. The funding will be used to expand Mixhalo’s customer base by adding music festivals and concert venues.
KO partner Jon Taylor and attorney Elizabeth Ho represented Foundry Group in the financing. Read more in Variety.
