Danijela Gazibara brings technology and communications industry expertise to KO’s commercial team
DENVER (July 10, 2019)— Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO Law Firm) has expanded its commercial practice and data privacy team with the addition of attorney Danijela Gazibara.
Danijela represents clients in complex commercial, IP and technology transactions as well as product development, data protection and privacy, digital marketing and advertising and legal issues related to social media, innovation and disruptive technologies. She specializes in a wide range of agreements relating to software, data, SaaS and cloud-based services, independent contractors, suppliers, sales, employment and more.

Prior to joining KO, Danijela practiced in the transactional group of Paul, Weiss in New York, served as in-house counsel for a global communications agency and a venture-back IoT startup and advised high-growth startups as a solo practitioner. She earned her B.A. from Grinnell College, and her law degree from New York University School of Law.
