KO Client Eudia Acquires Johnson Hana

KO client Eudia, the leading Augmented Intelligence platform for Fortune 500 legal teams, recently announced its acquisition of Johnson Hana, bringing 300+ elite legal professionals into the world’s first AI-augmented human workforce.

According to the acquisition announcement, this creates an entirely new type of company—one that fuses human expertise and artificial intelligence to fundamentally reinvent how legal work is performed.
