KO Client Hope Foods LLC Sold to French Dairy Firm SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy

Hope Foods LLC, a leading brand of hummus and other plant-based dips, has been acquired French dairy firm SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy. The KO team, led by attorney Ian Kuliasha and partner Jennifer Rosenthal, represented Hope Foods in the acquisition.

The acquisition includes Hope Foods’ manufacturing plant in Louisville, Colo. Per a press release on the acquisition, “Hope Foods’ manufacturing facility has the ability to produce a wide range of plant-based products and both parties expressed confidence that the Hope brand has the power to extend into additional categories.”

“Hope enlarges our brand’s portfolio in the USA into fast-growing, ‘better-for-you’ products and provides an excellent opportunity to expand consumer options for great-tasting, plant-based products,” said Savencia Fromage & Dairy CEO Jean-Paul Torris in a statement.
