Web Deals Direct Acquired by Perch

Competition among marketplace consolidators, also known as “roll-ups,” is heating up as major players vie to purchase top global Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) sellers. The KO team, led by partner Jennifer Rosenthal, recently represented one of the largest FBA sellers, Web Deals Direct, which was acquired by Perch.

KO attorneys Ryan Sykora and Elizabeth Ho worked with Rosenthal to represent Web Deals Direct. Scott Winship, managing director at GulfStar Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Web Deals Direct throughout the transaction.

With more than $80M in revenue last year, Web Deals Direct has an owned-brand portfolio of more than 30 brands, spanning several everyday use categories, including Home and Kitchen, Patio and Garden, Sports and Outdoors, Arts and Crafts, Pet Supplies and Office Products.

Perch is a technology-driven commerce company that acquires and operates top Amazon third-party and other D2C brands at scale.
