Sara has experience in corporate and securities transactions, including company formations, general corporate maintenance, pre-and post-closing matters, private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and blue sky compliance. Prior to joining KO, Sara worked as a corporate paralegal for Holland & Hart in Denver. She attended Texas State University and received her paralegal certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
