Devon MacLeod
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Devon manages the day-to-day business operations of the firm, including by working with the partners to implement and communicate the firm’s strategic goals, policies, and procedures. She works with all of our attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure all business needs are met and to maximize the firm’s efficiency.
Devon joined KO in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant in the Denver Office before taking on the role of Operations Manager in 2019, then Director of Operations in 2022.
Prior to moving to Denver in 2014, Devon attended Colorado College in Colorado Springs where she graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Italian Studies and a minor in Journalism. After college, she lived in Florence, Italy before returning home to Santa Fe, New Mexico where she worked as the Social Media and Marketing Manager at a local distillery.
In addition to her work at KO, Devon loves skiing, hiking, camping, and hunting for the best green chile this side of the New Mexico border.
