Chris Ignelzi

Chris is a senior corporate paralegal at KO and joined the firm in 2012. Chris has extensive experience in complex corporate and securities transactions, including venture capital, private equity and credit financings, company formations, SEC and blue sky compliance, corporate maintenance, stock plan administration, mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting and initial public offerings. Prior to joining KO, Chris worked as a senior corporate paralegal for Cooley LLP in the Colorado office, legal affairs manager with Emergent Genetics, Inc., an international seed company, and for several law firms specializing in civil, criminal and personal injury law in Boulder and Denver. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and has worked as a paralegal since 1985.
