Caitlyn Knudson

Caitlyn is a corporate paralegal at KO and joined the firm in 2017. Caitlyn has experience in corporate and securities transactions, including private equity financings, blue sky compliance and broker-dealer regulation, mergers and acquisitions, company formations and general corporate maintenance. Prior to joining KO, Caitlyn worked as a corporate paralegal for Moye White LLP in Denver and as a corporate paralegal for Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP in New York City. She attended the University of Colorado and has worked as a corporate paralegal since 2011. In her spare time Caitlyn likes enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their young son and corgi and grabbing a beer brewed by her husband at Barquentine Brewing Company in Edgewater, CO.
