Caitlyn Knudson

Caitlyn is a corporate paralegal at KO and joined the firm in 2017. Caitlyn has experience in corporate and securities transactions, including private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, blue sky compliance, company formations, and general corporate maintenance.

Prior to joining KO, Caitlyn worked as a corporate paralegal for Moye White LLP in Denver and as a corporate paralegal for Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP in New York City. She attended the University of Colorado and has worked as a corporate paralegal since 2011. In her spare time, Caitlyn likes spending time outdoors with her husband and kids and spending time indoors at her family-owned brewery, Barquentine Brewing Company in Edgewater, CO, and taproom, The Barque in Westminster, CO.
