KO Expands Commercial Practice and Life Science Expertise with Attorney Christine Hofmeister

Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO Law Firm) has announced the expansion of its commercial practice with the addition of attorney Christine Hofmeister.
Christine counsels health care, life science, technology and professional services clients on a variety of commercial and transactional matters. Christine specializes in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts related to product sales and distribution, clinical trials, software licensing, manufacturing and supply, research and development, independent contractor and consulting engagements.

Prior to joining KO’s growing team, Christine served as Assistant General Counsel for Cochlear Americas, a medical device company specializing in implantable hearing devices, and she previously worked as in-house counsel for a Colorado-based air medical service provider.
Christine received her law degree, with a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law, from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as a staff editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado College.
