Christine counsels health care, life science, technology and professional services clients on a variety of commercial and transactional matters. Christine specializes in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts related to product sales and distribution, clinical trials, software licensing, independent contractor and consulting engagements, and real estate.
Immediately prior to joining KO, Christine served as Assistant General Counsel for Cochlear Americas, a medical device company specializing in implantable hearing devices. Christine also previously served as in-house counsel for a Colorado-based air medical service provider.
Christine received her law degree with a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Christine served as a staff editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review. Prior to attending DU, Christine received her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Art History, from Colorado College.
In her free time, Christine enjoys traveling, outdoor live music events, and hiking and camping with her husband and fur baby (a Husky and former sled dog, Molly Brown).
