KO client Uplight, the leading home-energy management provider, recently acquired EEme, a pioneering energy technology startup with proven Disaggregation-as-a-Service™ (DaaS) technology that can differentiate various household loads from an electric meter’s data.
The acquisition will enable Uplight to offer next-generation, appliance-level disaggregation which enhances its already best-in-class data analytics capabilities and holds the potential to help consumers reduce their home energy consumption.
