KO Client Invenergy Transfers Wyoming Wind Energy Projects to PacifiCorp

KO energy practice client Invenergy, America’s leading privately held developer and operator of sustainable energy solutions, recently transferred the Ekola Flats and TB Flats wind projects in Carbon County, Wyoming to PacifiCorp. Invenergy developed the 250-megawatt (MW) Ekola Flats and 500 MW TB Flats wind energy projects for PacifiCorp in support of their Energy Vision 2020 initiative. KO, with a team led by partner Charles Ciaccio, represented Invenergy in the transfer.
