KO Client Guest House Raises $3 Million

KO client Guest House, a tech-enabled home staging company and home furnishing marketplace, raised $3 million in a seed round led by Range Ventures.

KO partner Jennifer Rosenthal and attorney Ryan Sykora represent Guest House. The $3 million in seed funding also included 87 Capital, Rucker Park Capital, and Ludlow Ventures, according to a press release.

Guest House makes whole homes shoppable, allowing customers to purchase furniture and products used to stage each space.

The funds will be used to grow the company’s technology platform and scale its team. Guest House will also look to expand outside of its current markets of Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs and San Diego.
