Founding Partner Ben Oelsner Transitions to Special Counsel Role

As we celebrate KO Law Firm’s 20^th anniversary, founding partner Ben Oelsner has announced that he will transition into the role of Special Counsel beginning January 1, 2024. As Special Counsel, Ben will no longer be involved in everyday firm operations and client service, but he will be available for select client projects in a limited capacity.

KO was founded in 2003 by Ben and former big law attorneys on the philosophy that a different approach to legal practice management delivers better value and results to clients and a superior work environment for team members. With Ben’s guidance, the firm has grown significantly while staying true to its founding principles over the last twenty years.
