Denver Business Journal Names Charles Ciaccio Among 2018 Who’s Who in Energy

This month, the Denver Business Journal recognized key players in the energy market, and KO lawyer Charles Ciaccio‘s work as a leading attorney in the renewable energy space earned him a spot on the list.

Ciaccio continues to be an advocate for business growth in Colorado’s energy sector, and his legal work represents many thousands of megawatts of renewable energy transactions. As a volunteer for the Colorado Cleantech Industries Association’s Cleantech Fellows Institute, he advanced innovation and adoption of renewable energy programs across Colorado; and as counsel to renewable energy companies of all sizes at KO Law Firm, he provides guidance for key business transactions, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, and financings.

Ciaccio began his career as part of the renewable energy team at Morrison & Foerster, where his experience included documenting financing arrangements for early stage and construction stage wind and solar developments.

He continues to leverage his expertise in the energy business by representing a variety of renewable energy companies – from startups to large-scale developers – in their major transactions, including formations, general corporate counseling, project acquisitions and sales of projects to utility companies.

Charles has a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, order of the coif, and is licensed to practice in both Colorado and California.
