KO Client Altvia Announces Majority Recapitalization from Bow River Capital

KO client Altvia, a leading provider of CRM and investor and deal management systems for private capital market firms, recently announced a majority recapitalization from Bow River Capital’s 2019 Software Growth Equity Fund.
Altvia supports more than 40,000 investors and hundreds of private capital market firms. This investment will enable Altvia to accelerate its growth and product innovation.
