KO is growing and looking for attorneys to join our team! KO is seeking a corporate transactional attorney with three to five years of law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities and general corporate law at a top national or international firm.

KO is also seeking a commercial contracts attorney with two to four years of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts at either a top national or international firm or Fortune 500 company.
