KO Client Windward Studios Acquired by PDFTron Systems Inc.

KO client Windward Studios, a Colorado-based industry leader in document automation and generation technology has been acquired by PDFTron Systems Inc., a leading provider of document technology solutions for software developers.

KO Law Firm served as legal counsel to Windward. KO partners John Gaddis and Ben Oelsner, attorneys Ian Kuliasha and Keenan Weatherford and paralegal Chris Ignelzi supported Windward Studios throughout the acquisition deal.

The flagship Windward Core API allows software developers to add dynamic client-side document generation capabilities to their applications in as little as 11 lines of code.
