We’re Hiring a Data Privacy Attorney!

Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO Law Firm) is seeking an attorney with two to five years of data privacy and data security experience at a top national or international firm, or sophisticated in-house department. This position can be based out of our Denver or Boulder office, and will focus on data privacy and security programs, data security laws (both domestic and international), data breaches, conducting internal investigations to assess corporate compliance with data security obligations and contracts involving data flows.

Qualified candidates must have strong drafting and negotiation skills, with particular emphasis on privacy and information security related contract provisions. Familiarity advising clients regarding applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations required, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Experience with intellectual property licenses, technology transactions, SaaS agreements and commercial agreements is strongly desired. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to manage fast-paced client transactions and provide practical legal advice to a wide range of clients.
