Niki Vinod Schwab

As a former litigator, Niki approaches all of her clients’ goals with an eye towards avoiding potential problems down the line. Her practice covers a broad range of both commercial and corporate matters, representing clients throughout their lifecycle. Her commercial practice focuses on assisting companies of all sizes with software licensing, supplier and manufacturing relationships, and professional services. She is an experienced employment attorney and assists clients with everyday employment and human resources questions and drafting employment agreements and personnel policies. Niki has been recognized by her peers and included in the 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America.

Niki received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Cornell Law School. Niki is a frequent speaker and panelist at bar association events for employment related topics. Outside of work, you can find Niki learning to cook new Indian recipes from her mom, watching reruns of The West Wing, and exploring hiking trails with her husband and dogs.
