Nate Page is a transactional attorney who works with clients across a range of industries, including SaaS, professional services, consumer goods, and other technology-driven businesses, from early-stage companies to publicly traded Fortune 200 corporations with global operations.

Prior to joining KO, Nate practiced at Holland & Hart and worked in the mortgage and real estate industry. He brings a practical, in-house perspective to his practice from his time as corporate counsel at EchoStar Corporation, a global provider of satellite operations and digital television services, where his work included drafting and negotiating domestic and international commercial agreements, intellectual property licensing arrangements, and other complex corporate contracts, including long-term commercial leases and subleases. He understands the legal and operational challenges faced by in-house teams and delivers pragmatic, efficient solutions aligned with business objectives.

Nate earned his J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School and served as a judicial intern for Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado where he studied finance and real estate.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys (and their rambunctious cockapoo, Ember), as well as nurturing his obsessions with the outdoors, sports, and crime dramas.
