Kristen Kelly

Kristen Kelly joined KO Law as HR Director in 2024. In her role, Kristen manages the firm’s human resources function, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, performance management, and more.

Before joining KO, Kristen led the People and Internal Operations function at Altvia for 13 years, where she helped grow the company from its startup phase through a successful exit while cultivating a strong, values-driven team and culture.

Kristen earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and International Business from Webster University in Leiden, The Netherlands.  She also has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys the Colorado outdoors with her family and travel adventures near and far.
