Jennifer Jackson

Jen is a corporate paralegal who joined KO Law in 2025. Jen’s experience includes general corporate governance, company formations, private equity and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and blue sky compliance. Prior to joining KO Law, Jen worked as a corporate paralegal for other large and boutique corporate law firms in the Denver area.

Before becoming a paralegal, Jen worked in the compliance department at a life insurance company in Hartford, Connecticut. In 2017, she earned her Certificate of Paralegal Studies at the University of Hartford.

Outside of the office, Jen enjoys hiking and backpacking and taking long road trips. When not out adventuring, she enjoys thrifting, creative writing, reading for book clubs, and spending time with her senior pug, Phineas.
