Corinne is a commercial attorney who assists companies of all sizes across a range of commercial and technology-based transactions and intellectual property counseling matters. Corinne’s practice focuses on technology and intellectual property protection, licensing and commercialization, and strategic transactions. She has experience with a wide variety of commercial contracts, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, software license and development agreements, reseller agreements, professional services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Prior to joining KO, Corinne was an associate at Catalyst Law Group LLP. Before law school, Corinne was a global demand planner at Nike, Inc. and held positions in outside sales at Cintas Corporation and Comcast Spotlight (now effectv). Corinne graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration before earning her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.

In her free time, Corinne enjoys participating in recreational sports (flag football, volleyball, basketball, and kickball), spending time with friends, and getting outside to enjoy Colorado.
