
Beth Harris is an attorney whose practice focuses on employment law and commercial contracts. She advises clients across a range of industries on employer-side employment matters, including workforce management, compliance, internal investigations, and policy development, and provides strategic counsel on a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining KO, Beth served as General Counsel at Archway Communities, where she led the legal function for the organization and also oversaw human resources, compliance, and operations. In this role, she advised on acquisitions, real estate transactions, and drafted and supported the process for purchase and sale agreements. Before Archway, Beth served as Senior Assistant Legal Counsel for the Colorado Judicial Branch in the Office of the State Court Administrator, handling employment matters for more than 4,000 employees statewide. Earlier in her career, Beth practiced at several business law firms including Fortis Law Partners, Moye White, and Bryan Cave, and began her legal career at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.
Beth holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Andrews University.
Outside of work, Beth is a proud mom to her son and fur baby, and enjoys life in Colorado with her family.
