KO Partner Jennifer Rosenthal Named Super Lawyers Rising Star

For the second year in a row, KO partner Jennifer Rosenthal was selected as a Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Star. This recognition goes to the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state who are under 40 or in practice 10 years or less.

Jennifer leads KO’s natural foods practice group and works with consumer products and technology clients ranging from startups to public companies. Jennifer’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, company formations and general corporate representation.

Jennifer was previously named as one of Boulder Valley’s 40 under Forty honorees and has been awarded the Silicon Flatirons Entrepreneurship Supporter of the Year.
