KO Client Tilting Point Acquires Star Trek Timelines

KO client Tilting Point, a next-generation games partner that has helped scale more than 65 games with its user acquisition and monetization technology, recently acquired Star Trek Timelines, a free-to-play character collection game, from the game’s developer Disruptor Beam.

In addition to the acquisition, Tilting Point hired several Disruptor Beam team members to create a new studio called Wicked Realm Games.

KO partner Jon Taylor and attorney Matt Burns assisted Tilting Point in the acquisition. Read more in TechCrunch.
