KO Client Qwinix Technologies Merges with Cloudbakers in Private Equity Acquisition

KO led its client, Qwinix Technologies, Inc., through a merger with Cloudbakers LLC in an acquisition deal with Sunstone Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on tech-enabled cloud services companies.

Sunstone says the merging of these two Google ecosystem-leaders will create one of the largest Google Cloud-focused partners in the Google ecosystem.

KO partner Jennifer Rosenthal has represented Qwinix for many years, and attorneys Samantha Pjesky and Matt Burns represented Qwinix in the transaction.
