KO Client Good Buy Gear Raises $6M Series A Round

KO client Good Buy Gear, a recommerce marketplace for second-hand baby and children’s gear, recently raised a $6 million Series A round of funding. The round was led by Revolution Ventures with participation from existing investors Access Venture Partners and Relay Ventures.
The company’s revenue has increased by four times since March 2020. The financing will be used to support the company’s growth, expand the company’s workplace, build out the marketplace and more.
KO partner Jennifer Rosenthal and attorney Samantha Pjesky represented Good Buy Gear in the Series A financing as well as a previous financing.
