KO client Connect First recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by RingCentral, a leading provider of global enterprise cloud communications and collaboration solutions. Connect First’s cloud-based outbound/blended customer engagement platform for midsize and enterprise companies will complement RingCentral’s current customer engagement portfolio. KO team members Jon Taylor, Matt Burns and Samantha Pjesky worked on the transaction.
